Hello! I'm Lex

PXL_20211124_220826086_edited.jpg

My purpose is to guide others toward a greater sense of acceptance, peace, and congruence between who they are and how they show up in the world.

I currently do this through my roles as an:

Embodiment-focused sex and kink educator

Certified Sexological Bodyworker

Researcher/writer/geek

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an unquenchable curiosity about people - how we interact, express ourselves, and what makes us tick.

I kept seeing the same things over and over - people numbing out to cope with overwhelm, hiding behind these shiny but inauthentic versions of themselves, or trying anything just to feel something. Underneath it all is often a desire to feel alive and to be seen, heard, and accepted.

Pleasure is a portal into who we truly are and what we are capable of being.

Reconnecting to my own body and capacity for pleasure has been an incredible catalyst for change, reaching far beyond my sex life and into every aspect of my being. This led me to my work and passion.

I draw upon many lived experiences including my own journey towards celebrating my gender non-conforming, queer, kinky, and non-monogamous self! I love to geek out on psychology, power dynamics, and neuroscience, and have trained professionally as an Embodied Facilitator, peer counsellor, Conscious Kink Practitioner, and Certified Dominatrix, among other things!

"I believe every moment of every day should be a pleasurable experience. If it is not, then it is time to question what is happening and why you decided to endure it"
